Our online system has been designed to calculate the lowest possible shipping costs for you, and will attempt to have your order shipped from only one warehouse if possible. If necessary, your order may be split between two or more of our warehouses.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at customerservice@BuyHondaSmallEngineParts.com immediately, so that your order can be cancelled before it ships. Once your parts have been shipped, you must wait for them to arrive in order to return them for a refund. Orders cancelled before any items have shipped will have all shipping costs refunded.
No merchandise can be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Shipping charges are not refundable and there will be a 20% restocking fee for all merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. No returns on special orders or merchandise that is used or shows sign of wear or damage. No returns on electrical components. No returns after 30 days. All returns are subject to inspection prior to a credit being authorized. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for the return. When returning your order, please make certain your order number is clearly indicated on the outside of your package.
